Credentials
Musical Background
In 2008 I received my Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from the Master's College and performed my Junior Recital in the Fall of 2005 and my Senior Recital in the Spring of 2007, each a year early. My final year in college was very active in music but focused on a business minor. I currently teach over forty voice and piano students from age 4 to "39 and over".
My parents, a music major and a music minor, gave me many musical opportunities when I was younger. Past musical experiences include the Palomar College Chamber Singers, Joyful Sounds & Men's Quartets at Grace Community Church, Simi Valley, the Palomar Youth Chorale, and a four kid ensemble called Penny and Friends when I was younger, the Collegiate Singers and The Master's Chorale. Just recently I enjoyed performing in the Woodland Opera House production of"Sound of Music"
I have been blessed with much solo performance experience as well, especially vocal and have been singing solos since I was three (well, I wasn't supposed to have wandered up on stage and picked up the microphone) and have performed solo in many musicals and concerts.
